Tender chicken in a velvety tomato and butter sauce. Rich, mild and completely addictive.

Marinate chicken in yoghurt and half the garam masala for 30 minutes.

Grill or pan-fry chicken until charred. Set aside.

Fry onion, garlic, ginger and spices. Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes. Blend until smooth.

Return sauce to pan. Add butter, cream and chicken. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice and naan.
