Biscuit base, sticky toffee, sliced bananas and clouds of whipped cream. No-bake heaven.

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press firmly into the base of a 23cm tin. Chill for 30 minutes.

Spread the caramelised condensed milk over the biscuit base in an even layer.

Arrange the sliced bananas over the toffee layer.

Whip the cream to soft peaks. Spoon over the bananas. Dust with cocoa powder. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
